Grass fed Beef
My beef is primarily Lowline angus, and Lowline Miniature Hereford crosses. We do have a few standard sized Angus steers, Highlander steers, Jersey steers(very lean meat) and in a few years Yaks. 
Our Beef is Raised in Boulder County.
We are focusing on the smaller breeds so the shares are more affordable for the smaller house holds.
Total Hanging Weight will be between 320 lbs - 550 lbs per animal.

Only sold in half or whole
Pigs are fed organic raw milk, grain and hay from the time they are weaned until the day they are processed.
They are raised in a very low stress environment.
